Neoprene Ankle Support Sleeve

This ankle sleeve is cut from 3mm neoprene, the same material used in wetsuits, chosen specifically because it holds compressive pressure evenly around the joint without digging into the skin the way thinner elastic sleeves do. The pull-on design has no laces or straps to adjust, so it goes on in seconds before a workout and comes off just as fast after.

The neoprene also traps a small amount of body heat against the ankle, which is a deliberate side effect rather than a flaw — a warmer joint tends to feel looser during movement than a cold one. That makes it a natural fit for warm-up routines, not just post-training wear.
