Foam Yoga Blocks (Pair)

These blocks are molded from a high-density EVA foam that holds its shape under real body weight instead of compressing flat the way softer, cheaper foam blocks do after a few sessions. That density is what makes a block usable for actual weight-bearing support rather than just as a light prop.

Each block has three distinct heights depending on which side it rests on, giving three effective support levels from a single piece — useful for stretching routines where the exact height needed changes from one position to the next. The beveled edges are shaped specifically to resist chipping at the corners, which is where foam blocks usually fail first.

Sold as a matched pair, both blocks are cut to identical dimensions so a routine that uses one under each hand or foot stays level. The surface has a light texture rather than being fully smooth, giving a small amount of grip against a mat or bare skin.
